Checking In – PTSD From My Heart

For the last 18 months I’ve been focused on understanding the broader framework for how we’re put together as human beings, and what we need to do to actually experience our Divinity – our wholeness.

Interestingly, this is all about understanding the impact of trauma from a spiritual standpoint, and then understanding the practices that support visceral return to experiencing our true nature (as whole, physically, emotionally, and spiritually).

I’m working on my first book – and in the last 6 months I created a number of resources that I’m excited to share with the PTSD community now.

You may well have already found your way to my video series – but in case you haven’t I would highly recommend it! It’s free – you can watch it here.

In August and September of 2012 I created the most comprehensive course yet on these barriers to healing (there are three) – along with a more detailed exploration of the three steps to healing. In the course I refer to this as the barriers to Spiritual Mastery – or the steps to Spiritual Mastery. You can learn more about the course – Foundations of Spiritual Mastery I – here.

Spiritual Mastery = you experiencing yourself for who you really are (a child of god – an undistorted expression of the Divine, etc.).

It’s available to you no matter who you are, what you’ve done to other people, or what’s been done to you. Literally we are all the same. I see the truth every day in my private practice and always surprises me just a bit – even though it’s the fundamental message I have been teaching for some time.

I’m glad we’re connected here. Dive in on this site – I’ve just updated it with a number of new resources. And visit me over at my primary website too –
