• Welcome to My Recovering From PTSD Blog!

My name is Ken Stone, and I’m passionate about working with individuals and groups around the world who are recovering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). People who want to let go of their physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms of PTSD, and instead experience safety, connection, joy, and love.

I do this by facilitating a simple three-step process I call Going Beneath the Sand (learn more about this here. And my clients tell me this process allows their anxiety and anger to melt away, and they find the safety that is with them all the time, and experience their life full of joy, connection, love, and possibility.
